The overall design is good and the organization of the content is great. The text is pixelated on the home page. The navigation bar at the top is small and hard for me to notice. Also, I would like to see the other pages complete to see if the text is consistent and the text is not pixelated. Also, your project is not linked to your Studio page, so I couldn't find it when I wanted to look at it again. Overall, the color scheme and the content organization was excellent.

Over all appeal and choice of colours are good.

Suggestions to improve:

1) The top band can be made less cluttered.

2) Text pixelated problem can be removed by doing away with using the text image and can use simple html text.

3) There is an issue of the band appearing onthe training program box

I like the look of your home page very much. I think you can preserve the overall look and feel better throughout the site if you maintain the same color scheme throughout rather than using different colors for the lefthand navigation bars on the different sections. I have to admit that I found the layout of the site to be confusing. At the top you have:HomeAccomplishments Partners Funding Vision About the Partnership Photo Gallery Reports Contact US On the home page you have: 4 main sections: Comprehensive Reform Three Years of Pioneering Effort Exchange visits Training programs Then when I follow the link on the top to accomplishments then I get yet another set of choices on the left in that navigation bar. I find it very confusing to have so many navigation options and the names for the same pages are often different.  Perhaps people who know all about the partnership already might have a better sense of your organization but for an outsider it is pretty hard to understand. It would make sense to me if the left navigation for each page was a sub-directory of the pages stemming off of that page, but this does not seem to be the case, because Partnership and Vision, for example, each seem to have the same links on the left nav bars. It is great that you have so much content but I do think you could make it easier for users to find and understand information by making the navigation more streamlined. Finally, it would be great if you could provide full names for the captions in the photo gallery.  UGA people from IT will know who Tom and Janette are but almost everyone else will not.

What an excellent job you did! Very impressive!! The overall look and feel of the website is very nice and professional with many little touches of graphic work you did...assuming you did. There aren't much to critique at all. The problem you have with the website is "navigation". It is very confusing. 1) You have the main menus on top of the page (on the homepage) but it is not eye-catching so if you are visiting the website for the first time and don't know it's there, you'd more likely to miss it. Part of the problem is that the main menus on top of the page look like they are some sort of links that you don't really pay attention to in general. Basically, users don't know where to go from the homepage for a while. 2) If you click on the "More>>" link on the first block, it takes you to "About Partnership" page...which seem very different from what was on the block since the title of the block was "Comprehensive reform effort". I found it very confusing. The same issue with the second block. The "More>>" for the third row left block doesn't work. 3) Once you go in to one of the sub-pages, another menus appear on the left side and there are more or less menus on certain pages and some with same titles...I think you put the same links as the main menu on top of the page but it is REALLY confusing. You should make the menus consistent throughout the pages and a same menu should appear on the same place throughout. For instance, you have "Accomplishments" at the second (after "Home") on top of the page, and you have "Accomplishments" on the left side at the fourth from the bottom...this makes users think that they are two different things but once you click on them, they go to the same page. Bottom line, you really need to do something to make the navigation consistent, logical and easy to navigate. Oh, another issue with the menus on the left side is that they move around from page to page. Users should not need to look up and down to see the same set of menus when they move a page to another. Keep in mind that many general users are Internet experienced and you should follow "general" rules that most websites follow on common things. 4) On the four blocks of information on the homepage, font-sizes for each title are different...you may have done this on purpose. I don't think this is a problem but it looks at first that you are emphsizing the first block. If it is, it's good...but overall, the blocks don't really balanced. Again, this is really a nit-picky opinion. Other than the navigation issue, the website looks fabulous!

On the first page, all of the boxes have a thin rectangle above them.  All of these rectangles have borders except the "Exchange Visits".  Also on the "Comprehensive Reform Effort" on the picture moe it up a pixel or two so the rectangle above doesn't look separate from the box.

On the "History" page the pictures aren't showing up.  Make sure you upload them. The images on "Exchange Visits" are not showing up either. And the last thing, your menu at the top jumps between pages. The first page is left aligned, and the others are right aligned.
