October, 2005

Tunisian Ambassador to US, his Excellency, Mohamed Nejib Hachana, visits University of Georgia to commamorate the UGA-Tunisia Educational partnership

April, 2005

UGA and a Georgia Board of Regents delegates visit Tunisia to shared their E-learning expertise with higher education leaders in Tunisia through a week-long workshop under the auspices of Tunisia's Minister of Higher Education.

April, 2004

Tunisian Ambassador to USA, his Excellency, Hatem Atallah, graced the last day of the exchange visit with a talk on US/Arab and US/Tunisian relations

March- April , 2004

A group of 30 Tunisian Professors visit University of Georgia campus for three weeks, engaging in training and discussions in higher education management and distance learning.

June, 2003

Tunisian deligation visit UGA to begin setting up the training programs for the Tunisian professors who would visit in March 2004.

June, 2003

Dr. Takoi Hamrita, visit Tunisia to work closely with Tunisian project co-directors on the selection of project participants.

December, 2002

Dr. Takoi Hamrita, the Partnershipdirector and Ed Simpson, distinguished public service fellow at UGA's Institute of Higher Education traveled to Tunisia for this first exchange visit.
